DEVELOPMENT FOR MR. FUNMI ADENIYI

This project is located at Ti Oluwani Steet Gemade Estate, Gowon Estate, Ipaja, Lagos. This is also a Design and Build project which started in September 2017. Though still ongoing, but approaching completion, as the client adopted a slow and steady approach to the project due to the size of the building.

Sitting on a sloping land with total are of 636.5sqm, the building houses a 5 bedroom mansion with a basement floor housing two mini flat units.
